Refund policy

At Lubay, we aim for smooth and fair refunds. Because most of our products fall under hygiene, health, and personal-use categories, refunds are limited but replacements are supported.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only if:

- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

- Package is missing items

- Order was cancelled before it was shipped

2. Non-Refundable Situations

- Customer changed mind

- Size/fit issues for wearable products (eligible for exchange only)

- Products damaged due to improper use

- Items returned without video proof

3. Refund Process

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Unboxing video (mandatory)

- Order ID

- Photos of defect

Once approved, refunds for prepaid orders are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

COD orders are refunded via UPI.
