Return Exchange Policy

We aim to keep returns simple and fair.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are allowed if:

• You received damaged/defective product

• Wrong size for wearable items

• Wrong item delivered

Must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used products

• Hygiene/personal wear items (except for size exchange)

• Items damaged after use

3. Exchange Process

Once approved, we ship a replacement after verifying product details and proof.
